Once you submit, you will receive a verification link or OTP. After verifying, your account is active and you can make your first PKR deposit right away. The entire process usually takes under two minutes.

Done5 is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Withdrawals

Log in to your Done5 account and go to the withdrawal section in your account dashboard. Make sure your account is verified before submitting a withdrawal, as unverified accounts may face delays.

Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on your bank. Raast transfers, being instant in nature, tend to be among the fastest options. If your withdrawal has not arrived within the expected timeframe, check that your account details are correctly saved and contact support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawal delays are usually caused by one of the following:

Odds change dynamically based on the current match situation: wickets, run rates, power plays and partnership scores all influence the live odds. To place a live bet, log in, go to the Bet page, select the live match and choose your market. Act quickly — odds can shift significantly between deliveries during a tight PSL chase.

If a cricket or football match is abandoned, rained off, or postponed before the minimum number of overs or time required for a result, bets are typically voided and your stake is returned to your Done5 balance. For matches that reach the minimum required overs or time, the result at that point may stand. Specific rules for each market are outlined in the Terms and Conditions. Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus is automatically applied to new accounts when you make your qualifying first deposit. Register at Done5, complete account verification, make your first PKR deposit meeting the minimum requirement and the bonus is credited to your account balance. Wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough) specify how many times you must bet your bonus amount before it can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 5x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of PKR 5,000 in qualifying bets. Each promotion has its own wagering terms — always read the full conditions on the Promotions page before opting in.

First, check that your deposit met the minimum amount required to trigger the bonus, and that you opted in correctly if the promotion required it.
